•Promoting Social Change
OUR
RESEARCH
THEORY
Creating a nonprofit social enterprise allows us to address the public disparity in existing practices and structures. By collaborating with like-minded nonprofits, for-profits, and small businesses, we can effectively support each other in fulfilling our shared mission and vision. Together, we strive to create a more equitable and impactful community.
OUR CONCEPT
Through self-care treatments, services, and evidence-based practices, the B.E.A.N DV Ctr functions as a holistic self-development collaboration of shared learning processes, experiences, and offer support to others who might face the same social barriers.
OUR MODEL
Jointly, we have founded our reflexive concepts through introspective research, education, financial literacy, and networking that not all others have equal advantages and may, in the same conditions, face setbacks locating and/or utilizing these essential approaches.
OUR PURPOSE
The B.E.A.N DV CTR’s purpose of existence is to promote self-care, support all generations, and embrace social change. Based on a lack of funding for inclusive services and programs, the B.E.A.N DV Ctr's has identified an opportunity gap,
and discovered that there are five main barriers to holistic self-development and resource access:
1. Lack of proper education, occupations, and ownership (knowing how and where to get started)
2. Social stigma attached to self-esteem and mental health counseling
3. Meeting the associated costs of holistic self-care and personal and professional grooming
4. Being alienated due to appearance and/or other stereotypes
5. Home life conditions and systemic structures nearby as means to approach natural services, and/or organic products.
